I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing cyber security consultancy looking for a Senior New Business Hunter to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with proven cyber security experience to generate new business, build senior relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Location: Remote (London, UK based for client visits)
Salary: Up to £100,000 basic + double OTE / commission
About the Role: This is a hands-on, target-driven role focused on hunting and winning new business. You will:
- Identify and secure new cyber security business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CISO, CIO, CTO, and Heads of Security.
- Work closely with technical teams to develop proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and grow a strong, qualified pipeline of opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Represent the consultancy at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in cyber security new business sales, with hunting and closing experience (minimum of 5 years 360 cyber sales experience).
- Experience engaging C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Strong commercial acumen and solution-selling experience.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Experience with CRMs.
- Must be London-based for client visits.
Candidate Preference:
- 1st preference: Candidates coming direct from another cyber security consultancy.
- Also considered: Senior sales professionals from an IT & Solutions provider with relevant cyber security exposure.
