The Role
You'll be the go-to person for all things Salesforce, owning the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the platform. This is a varied and impactful position reporting into the IT Operations Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
- Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform including objects, flows, validation rules, and dashboards
- Act as first-line support for users, delivering training and translating business needs into practical solutions
- Own data quality, perform imports, exports, deduplication, and cleansing
- Manage Salesforce releases and coordinate testing of new features
- Ensure security compliance, manage access controls, and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers on enhancements and process improvements
