Role Overview
As Sales Director / Growth Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy. You will lead a high-performing sales team, develop and implement processes and strategies that drive revenue, and act as the key commercial leader within the business. This role is ideal for someone with proven MSP experience, deep Microsoft ecosystem knowledge, and a track record of scaling sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and execute the sales strategy, aligning with business growth objectives
- Build and implement scalable sales processes and best practices across the function
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to opportunity management, proposal, and deal closure
- Engage with C-level clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored MSP solutions
Commercial & Strategic Leadership
- Own revenue targets, forecasts, and pipeline management
- Analyse sales performance data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and technical teams to ensure aligned go-to-market strategy
- Influence and contribute to business strategy, helping shape services, offerings, and growth initiatives
Client & Ecosystem Expertise
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, 365, and associated security solutions
- Translate technical capabilities into clear commercial value for clients
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Candidate Requirements
- Proven MSP experience, with strong Microsoft ecosystem knowledge
- Track record of leading, scaling, and developing sales teams
- Experience in tech/IT sales leadership, managing pipelines, forecasting, and closing complex deals
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, processes, and go-to-market plans
- Strong commercial acumen and experience engaging with C-level executives
- Based in the South West (non-negotiable)
- Ambitious, proactive, and highly results-driven
