Our client is a well-established, privately owned IT solutions business serving major clients across the UK and Europe. They provide a comprehensive range of managed IT support, software, and hardware solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a driven Account Manager to their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- 75% new business development on a win and retain basis
- 25% cross-sell and upsell into existing accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers on complex infrastructure and cloud projects
- Advise clients and provide quotations for project requirements
- Attend face-to-face client meetings as appropriate
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate costs
- Hit monthly and quarterly gross profit targets
Required
- Minimum 3 years’ IT sales experience at an IT reseller or MSP
- Proven track record of target achievement
- Target-driven, ambitious, and hungry to earn
- Genuine interest in IT and technology
- Positive, self-motivated, hunter mentality
- Commutable to Oxford
