Overview: We are partnered with a fast-growing deep tech company developing advanced wireless connectivity solutions that are redefining how next-generation IoT, wearable and secure communication devices connect and perform. The business is now looking for an RF/IOT / Antenna Solution Sales Engineer, that is eager to join a cutting-edge team and really drive commercial growth across Europe and North America/Asia.
You will take ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities and managing key accounts, to building strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors and technology vendors. This is a hands-on, growth-focused position suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic scale-up environment and is motivated by both commercial and technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract close.
- Build and grow relationships with customers and partners within the wireless, IoT and hardware sectors.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and leadership teams to shape proposals and technical solutions.
- Attend and represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences, occasionally presenting to audiences.
- Negotiate agreements with OEMs, distributors, and solution partners.
- Contribute to go-to-market and channel strategies, helping to scale global sales operations.
Skills & Experience:
- 4-5+ years of experience in technology or hardware sales, ideally within RF, wireless connectivity, IoT, or semiconductor components.
- Strong understanding of wireless standards such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, UWB, or cellular technologies.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex B2B deal cycles.
- Experience selling into OEMs, ODMs, distributors, or SoC/module vendors is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client and partner meetings.
