About the Role
We are working with a well-established and growing MSP seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Consultant to join their technical team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will take ownership of solution design and end-to-end delivery across the Microsoft Power Platform for a diverse portfolio of managed service clients, while also playing a key role in pre-sales activity and customer demos. AI and Copilot capabilities are central to the MSP's growing service offering, and you will be at the forefront of helping clients understand, adopt, and get maximum value from these technologies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse for managed service clients
- Leading customer-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design engagements
- Delivering compelling technical demos to prospective and existing clients, translating complex capability into clear business value
- Architecting scalable, secure, and governed Power Platform environments aligned to each client's needs and the MSP's service standards
- Integrating AI capabilities — including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder — into Power Platform solutions across the client base
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them on best practice, roadmap, and platform strategy
- Supporting the pre-sales team with bid responses, solution proposals, and client presentations
- Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge sharing and capability growth
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Power Platform Consultant or Architect, with strong hands-on delivery across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- MSP or multi-client environment experience highly essential — comfortable managing and delivering across multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering solutions — not just supporting or administering
- At least 1 year's practical experience working with Microsoft AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and/or AI Builder
- Confident and credible in front of customers, with experience leading demos, workshops, and presentations
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure integration patterns
- Experience working within governance and security frameworks (DLP, environment strategy, ALM)
- Relevant Microsoft certifications desirable (PL-400, PL-600, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What's on Offer
- £100,000 – £120,000 salary depending on experience
- Hybrid working — 1 day per week in the greater London office
- The chance to work across a varied and growing client portfolio at the cutting edge of Microsoft AI adoption
- A collaborative, ambitious team with real career progression opportunities
- Private health care
- Company bonus
