Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to take ownership of procurement operations within an MSP environment. This role will focus on optimising procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and driving operational improvements. You will work closely with internal technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives and support a scalable, efficient operating model. This position is ideal for a procurement professional with MSP experience who is comfortable leading change and driving operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full procurement lifecycle within an MSP environment
- Conduct procurement audits, compliance checks, and reporting for leadership teams
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimise commercial terms
- Collaborate with technical, finance, and operations teams to align procurement with business needs
- Implement best practices across spend analysis, forecasting, and risk management
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities across procurement operations

Requirements
- Proven experience in a procurement role within an MSP environment
- Must have experience working with Microsoft as a partner, including Microsoft licensing and partner programmes
- Strong background in supplier management, commercial negotiation, and reporting
- Experience conducting audits and managing procurement compliance
- Ability to work effectively across technical and commercial teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience leading procurement transformation or process improvement projects
- Understanding of IT procurement, including software licensing and hardware vendors
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to present data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
