Graduate Recruitment Consultant (Southwest based - as 1-2 days a month in Exeter/Devon for meetings/training & development)

The Role
We're on the hunt for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Whether you're a fresh graduate or someone ready to pivot into a people-first role, this is your chance to launch a career with coaching, commission, and clear progression.
What You'll Do
- Source top talent using job boards, CRM's & direct outreach
- Write attention-grabbing job ads
- Build client and candidate relationships
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring processes
- Hit personal and team goals - and get rewarded for them

- Starting package - £27-30K base salary + up to 10% performance bonus
