The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or someone ready to pivot into a people-first role, this is your chance to launch a career with coaching, commission, and clear progression.

What You’ll Do

  • Source top talent using job boards, LinkedIn & direct outreach
  • Write attention-grabbing job ads
  • Build client and candidate relationships
  • Coordinate interviews and support hiring processes
  • Hit personal and team goals - and get rewarded for them

  • Ambitious, driven graduate or career starter
  • Natural communicator with confidence
  • Resilient, coachable, and full of energy
  • Sales or customer experience? Great. If not - we’ll train you

  • Starting package-£27-30K base salary + up to 10% yearly bonus
