Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Procurement & Sourcing
    • Lead sourcing initiatives across network infrastructure, connectivity, and technology services.
    • Develop and execute supplier sourcing strategies focused on resilience, scalability, performance, and commercial value.
    • Manage supplier selection processes, RFPs, RFQs, and commercial evaluations.
    • Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance and reduce overall cost of ownership.
    • Support infrastructure expansion and strategic growth projects.
  • Vendor Contract Management
    • Own the full lifecycle management of supplier agreements and commercial contracts.
    • Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, service levels, liability provisions, termination rights, renewal structures, and performance obligations.
    • Ensure all supplier agreements align with internal governance and legal requirements.
    • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and supplier relationship frameworks.
  • Commercial Negotiation & Cost Optimisation
    • Lead complex negotiations with global suppliers and service providers.
    • Benchmark supplier pricing and commercial terms across multiple markets.
    • Review supplier cost models and challenge pricing assumptions.
    • Deliver measurable commercial savings and improved contract outcomes.
    • Structure agreements that support both immediate business requirements and long-term growth plans.
  • Supplier Performance & Governance
    • Establish supplier KPIs, scorecards, and governance frameworks.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with key suppliers.
    • Manage escalations, service improvement initiatives, and contractual compliance.
    • Drive accountability and continuous improvement across the supplier base.
  • Risk & Stakeholder Management
    • Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams.
    • Support the management of commercial, contractual, and operational risk.
    • Negotiate contractual protections including indemnities, insurance provisions, service credits, and liability frameworks.
    • Ensure supplier engagements support wider business objectives.
About You

We are seeking an experienced procurement and commercial contracts professional with a proven track record of delivering value through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation. You will possess:

  • Significant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or commercial contract management.
