We are seeking an experienced Project Consultant to join a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident managing multiple concurrent projects, and has a strong technical background across cloud, networking, and security technologies. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions to a wide range of clients, working closely with project managers, senior engineers, and stakeholders to scope, design, and implement modern IT infrastructure solutions.
This is a client-facing position that blends hands-on delivery with technical consultancy, requiring excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver end-to-end technical implementation across cloud, networking, security, and infrastructure projects
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements, define scope, and validate technical solutions
- Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously within agreed timelines and budgets
- Act as a technical SME during project delivery, providing clear recommendations and best practices
- Produce high-quality documentation, including SoWs, technical designs, handover notes, and diagrams
- Work collaboratively with internal teams across Projects, Support, and Sales
- Attend client sites as required for project work, implementation, and reviews
- Ensure technical solutions align with compliance standards and company methodologies
- Strong background working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Proven experience delivering multiple technical projects at the same time
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cloud: Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud migrations, identity and security
- Networking: Firewalls, switching, routing, VLANs, VPNs
- Security: Endpoint protection, MFA, conditional access, compliance tools
- Infrastructure: Servers, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V), storage
- Up to £60,000 basic salary
