IT Field Engineer Cornwall
Location: Cornwall (travel across sites)
Salary: Up to £32,000 + company car
The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Field Engineer to provide on-site IT support across Cornwall. This hands-on role combines networking, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server support with travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

Manage and support Active Directory, Windows Server, and user accounts.

Support Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).

Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).

Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades.

Document incidents, solutions, and changes.

Deliver excellent customer service to internal teams and clients.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Field Engineer or IT Support role.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server.

Experience with Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals.

Full, valid UK driving licence (essential).

Ability to work independently and travel across Cornwall.
