We’re working with a well-established Managed IT Service Provider, supporting a portfolio of professional clients across London. They’re looking to add a personable, client-facing 1st Line Support Engineer to their team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, values face-to-face client interaction, and wants to develop within a Microsoft-centric environment supported by senior engineers from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customer IT issues
- Logging, triaging and resolving 1st line support tickets
- Basic troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies
- Occasional client site visits to resolve issues in person (hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on client visits or in office and 2 days a week working from home).
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft O365
- Azure fundamentals
- Active Directory
- Windows 11
- Experience working in an MSP environment.
