SET Recruitment is seeking a Contract Welsh-Speaking Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work within a primary school setting in the Pontypridd, RCT area. This role is essential in supporting Welsh Language learning and providing targeted assistance to pupils, contributing to an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working within primary schools, with a strong background in Welsh Language support, and will be committed to enhancing student achievement through personalised support.
Requirements
- Prior experience working as an LSA within a primary school environment.
- Fluency in Welsh, with the ability to support children in Welsh language development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability for ongoing supply assignments.
Benefits: This ongoing role offers a daily rate of £92.56, supporting your professional growth within a supportive educational environment. SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service.
