This position is ideal for individuals with experience in primary learning support and a passion for making a positive impact on students' educational experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support to pupils, assisting teachers in managing classroom activities, and helping create an inclusive environment that promotes learning and development. The role demands excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students. Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant, specifically within primary education
- Strong understanding of supporting children's learning and behaviour management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Responsible, flexible, and proactive attitude
