As part of our new shop opening in Milan, we are looking for our future Store Manager, to oversee the day-to-day operations, define, develop, and implement its commercial, human, and financial strategy in alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
- Business Development
- Analyse store performance and implement action plans to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to maximize store results.
- Team Management
- Set individual objectives, provide feedback, and develop team capabilities.
- Attract, and lead a high-performing team, ensuring accountability and celebrating successes.
- Conduct daily and weekly briefings to align the team on goals and strategies.
- Support onboarding and ensure staff are professional, knowledgeable, and brand-ready.
- Customer service
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the Sessùn brand experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador and build strong client relationships.
- Develop customer portfolio and customer database (CRM).
