As part of our new shop opening in London, we are looking for our future Assistant Store Manager.
Business Development
- Support the Store Manager in analyzing store performance and implementing action plans to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Assist in maximizing store results in collaboration with the Area Manager.
Team Management
- Support the Store Manager in setting objectives and developing the team as it grows.
- Foster a motivating and collaborative environment, supporting positive staff relations.
- Conduct briefings and support alignment on goals and strategies.
- Participate in onboarding and ensure staff are professional, knowledgeable, and brand-ready.
Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the Sessùn brand experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador alongside the Store Manager and help build strong client relationships.
- Support initiatives to develop customer portfolio and customer database (CRM).
