Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager assists the store manager, as well as develops and orchestrates the store’s commercial, human and economic strategy in line with the company’s overall strategy. He supports the store manager in day-to-day management and in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
As deputy manager, he supervises and coordinates the team’s activities, sets objectives with the store manager, and helps employees develop their skills on a daily basis.
