Reporting to the Live Operations Lead, this role offers a salary of £32-35k base plus bonus and share options. Working days are mainly Monday to Friday, with flexibility needed for occasional weekend shifts. The position is hybrid, based in London (Victoria Station) with 1 or 2 days remote work per week.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will own the live experience of our 400+ restaurant partners. This is a junior role with significant ownership, ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their career. You will be on the front line with partners, identifying system failures and building tools, automations, and processes to fix them permanently. The role sits inside the Product & Tech team, and you are expected to bring a product mindset from day one.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run the front line for our restaurant partners, owning queries end-to-end.
- Own outbound communications to partners to support internal teams.
- Build an excellent customer experience by capturing user pain and making it disappear.
- Manage onboarding end-to-end, supporting Sales and Culinary teams on new partner launches.
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues and design improvements.
- Support the team lead on cross-functional projects and streamline operational processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree from a top university or equivalent, 2:1 or higher.
- An owner's mentality with a strong work ethic.
- Ambitious and willing to join a fast-paced, high-growth company.
- A quick learner interested in understanding multiple areas of the business.
- Charismatic and energetic with a passion for food.
- Expert level of English language.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience within the hospitality industry is preferable but not required.
