Sessions is hiring a Pod Lead in the UK & Ireland with hybrid London presence plus remote 1–2 days per week. You will manage your own pipeline and targets while coaching a pod of 2–5 BDMs, driving growth across Sessions’ network of kitchens and high street brands.
You will report to the UK & Ireland Sales Leadership team and work from Victoria Station or remotely as duties require, with travel as needed. The role blends individual performance with team development.
