WHO ARE WE?

Sessions is building the operating model for the future of restaurants, giving consumers instant access to the brands they love, wherever they live. The Sessions distribution engine runs through 400+ delivery kitchens and 16 high street restaurants across the UK. Founded in 2020 and led by ex-Deliveroo MD Dan Warne, Sessions has grown 7x in three years. Our platform has processed over 5 million orders and reaches 60% of the UK population.

We scale brands at a pace that redefines what’s possible in food. Examples include Miko’s Gyros, which went from launch to 100+ live sites in under two months and SoBe Burger, which is live in over 200 delivery locations and has opened 15 physical high street stores.

We are Agile - Thrive in fast-pace. We sprint, adapt, and learn. We are Ambitious - Contribute to something big. Watch your career grow bigger. We are Fun - High performance, high fives. Join a team you’ll love. We are Data-Driven - Turn insights into action. We lead with evidence. We have Initiative - Anticipate problems. Drive the solution.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Want to help us scale the future of food? Sessions is launching our new Brand Stack menus, and we need a hands-on partner to help us bring them to life. We’re looking for someone to join the team for a short-term contract to help around 50 of our partner kitchens cross the finish line. You’ll be traveling UK-wide (fully expensed) to onboard partners, troubleshoot their setup, and assist with essential launch duties like stock and packaging orders.

No chef experience required. We aren’t looking for kitchen experience - we’re looking for someone who is reliable, loves to travel, and enjoys making things happen. There is potential to be offered a full time permanent position for the right person.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Sync with our Sales and Ops experts to get the full lowdown on every kitchen before you hit the road.
  • Hit the road to visit our partners across the UK, leading the onboarding process and capturing the essential media (like kitchen videos) we need for a successful launch.
  • Support our partners with their first orders, helping them navigate Bidfood for stock and packaging.
  • Own the data: Use HubSpot to keep the whole company updated on how our partners are progressing.
  • Bring the energy: Represent Sessions as a sharp, helpful, friendly and "switched-on" point of contact.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate - This role is perfect for someone who is a recent graduate to gain experience with a fast paced, successful start up.
  • Willing to travel across the UK.
  • Highly organised and resilient.
  • Well-rounded individual, willing and able to flex and take ownership of duties assigned.
  • Strong people skills, confident in forming professional relationships with new people.
  • Charismatic and energetic with a passion for food.
  • Right to work in the UK.
