We are a fast-growing UK tech company, building the operating model for the future of restaurants, giving consumers instant access to the brands they love. Our distribution engine runs through 400+ delivery kitchens and 16 high street restaurants across the UK. Founded in 2020, we have grown significantly and processed over 5 million orders, reaching 60% of the UK population.

We are looking for a dynamic Growth Manager to own all things “consumer” at Sessions:

  • Brand Performance Pod: Focus on improving delivery menus across our brand portfolio by identifying opportunities from platform data, competitive insight, and customer behaviour.
  • Retention Pod: Transform the customer experience to drive reorder rates and habit formation by providing consumer insight and analysis.

What Will You Do?

  • Brand Performance: Lead the weekly Brand Performance Pod sprint, analyse performance data, and build new techniques to understand consumer performance.
  • Retention & Consumer Insight: Lead the Retention Pod with deep consumer understanding, map the journey from first order to habitual reorder, and translate insights into action.
  • New Brand Go-to-Market: Define positioning, target customer, and launch messaging for new brand launches, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure successful launches.

Requirements:

  • Degree from a top-tier university.
  • 3–5 years in a growth marketing role, ideally in a startup or marketplace/platform business.
  • Strong consumer instincts backed by data.
  • Experience with jobs-to-be-done frameworks.
  • Comfortable working in sprints and fast feedback loops.
  • Clear communicator who can turn messy insight into sharp briefs.
  • Curious about food trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Analytical and numerate, comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • Expert level of English language.
  • Right to work in the UK.
