About the role
As part of our Operations Team, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met through proactive communication and problem-solving. This position involves managing client relationships primarily over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance. You’ll use our data systems to evaluate the success of the hosts and hold them accountable for improving their scores and compliance. You’ll work closely with the Sales team and the field-based Trainers. Strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
What will you do?
- Customer Communication: The Operations team serves as the escalated point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. This includes both the internal Sessions’ team and the external client success support team. A 'first line' support team manage more standard frequently asked questions vs the Operations Executives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. This is a large part of the role, applicants must enjoy collaborative working.
