Head of Business Development – QSR Department

Location: London (Victoria Station), hybrid – up to 2 days remote per week, with occasional travel. Compensation: £80,000 basic + uncapped monthly commission (OTE up to £110,000).

About the Role

As the Head of Business Development for our fast‑growing Quick Service Restaurant division, you will create and deliver franchise sales strategy for multiple brands, lead a high‑performing team, manage the full sales pipeline, and drive growth across new franchise openings.

Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, own and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the QSR vertical.
  • Set and monitor data‑driven targets for prospecting volume, conversion rates and new franchise launches, aligning with the QSR profit and loss.
  • Serve as the executive liaison with Operations and Launch teams to build a high‑velocity onboarding pipeline.
  • Work with Operations to maximise partner performance, lifetime value and prevent churn.
  • Recruit, train, mentor and manage Development Managers as the team scales.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Finance to design targeted commercial and discounting strategies.
  • Provide executive reporting and forecasts to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Academic background from a top‑tier university.
  • 3+ years of complex sales or commercial leadership experience.
  • Experience growing a foundational team into a fully‑functioning business.
  • Strong commercial and management acumen.
  • Innovative thinker capable of building new models in a new region.
  • Passion for food and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Results‑oriented, disciplined, able to work hard and make decisions quickly.
  • Strategic thinker capable of stepping outside core responsibility.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills; charismatic and energetic.
  • Fluent in English, right to work in the UK.
