We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our team and lead organic growth strategies across a portfolio of ambitious B2B clients. We are searching for someone who is deeply passionate about SEO and organic performance, with strong analytical thinking, a strategic mindset, and a curiosity for how search is evolving (including AI-driven discovery). Most importantly, this person should be confident communicating complex SEO strategies and results to clients in a clear, commercial, and engaging way.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Own and execute medium to large-scale SEO strategies for B2B SaaS and technology clients, spanning technical SEO, content strategy, and authority building.
- Analyse organic performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities, testing hypotheses, and iterating strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Ensure SEO efforts align with broader performance marketing goals, maximising organic contribution to pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Produce monthly client reports and insights, using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEO platforms, and internal dashboards.
- Identify growth opportunities across content gaps, technical improvements, internal linking, and competitor activity.
- Act as the primary SEO point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations clearly and proactively.
- Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Creative, and Content teams to ensure joined-up search strategies and consistent messaging.
- Identify inefficiencies in organic performance and implement prioritised optimisation roadmaps.
- Oversee technical SEO best practices, including site architecture, indexing, and tracking implementations.

Requirements
- UK-based.
- 3+ years of experience working in or for the B2B sector (ideally SaaS) or 4+ years of experience within a digital marketing agency, specifically SEO roles.
- Proven experience managing and growing SEO campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the full Google/Microsoft suite (Excel/Google Sheets preferred).
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
Desirable
- Exposure to AI SEO, best practices for visibility and reporting on success.
- Collaboration with paid media teams to align on search strategies.
