The Bonaly Booking Administrator will be responsible to the Chair of Bonaly Scout Centre. Provide administrative support to the operation of Bonaly Scout Centre by processing customer enquiries for day visits, camping, residential visits and activities.

Manage the online booking system to ensure the fees, invoices and emails are kept up-to-date. Create reservations and ensure that deposits are paid in a timely manner to confirm bookings. Update existing bookings to reflect changes of dates, numbers and cancellations where appropriate.

Consult with the Site Managers on complex bookings and capacity issues. Create an evidence trail of each booking for use by the Duty Wardens. Liaise with Site Managers and Bonaly Service Team (BST) regularly on upcoming bookings.

Ensure prompt communication and coordination with all relevant parties.
