This is a Freelance Graphic Designer role, working on a fixed-price project-by-project basis, to support an established property-focused team located in Kingston Upon Thames. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the team on:
- Development-specific branding and execution of brochures
- Highly accurate maps, plans and infographics
- Digital banners
- EDMs
- Signage
- Advertising / OOH
- Print media
- Populating client templates
- Artworking your own files
Qualifications:
- Creativity combined with ability to focus on long technical tasks
- A highly-motivated person who asks questions, learns quickly, goes the extra mile and enjoys solving problems will be chosen
- Thick skin essential
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and a fast work rate achieving exceptional accuracy
- Ability to interpret architectural information and translate it into visual, market-ready designs
- Effective communication skills - sufficient to understand nuance in creative briefs
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Understanding of artworking
- Experience in design for property marketing (residential) or similar field would be a big advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts is preferred
