SES Environmental are seeking a part-time Office Assistant for our office based in Eling Wharf, Totton, Southampton.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, emails and correspondence.
- Schedule client appointments and liaise with engineers.
- Prepare quotes, reports and basic bookkeeping including invoicing and purchase orders.
- Update and maintain office records, filing systems and databases.
- Contact suppliers for quotes and order parts.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
Hours and Schedule:
18-21 hours per week, ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate school schedules.
Requirements:
Own transport desirable due to office location.
