Reporting to the Head of Production, you will lead business improvement initiatives, strengthen governance and performance management processes, and provide specialist support that enables the Production team to deliver safe, reliable, efficient and continuously improving operations.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWorking closely with Production Managers, Maintenance, Finance, Water Quality, Asset Management and Capital Delivery teams, you will identify opportunities to improve productivity, planning, financial control, project delivery and performance reporting.
