Role Purpose The Network Quality Assurance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of water network operations across the distribution network.
The role is responsible for monitoring and assuring the performance of delivery partners and contractors, ensuring work is completed to company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
The postholder acts as a key link between operational teams, contractors, local authorities, and customers, ensuring that all network activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with health, safety, environmental, streetworks, and quality standards.
