Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Customer Operations and Markets, you will manage the delivery of the companys metering programmes, ensuring their delivery on time and within budget.

You will also be responsible for:

• Identifying key dependencies between workstreams and business areas and co-ordinating activity between teams including Metering, Retail and Contractors
• Managing the external stakeholder engagement programme
• Identifying any resource or supporting systems and process gaps and working with workstream leads to understand requirements and fulfil them
• Supporting any process changes, such as the transition to new billing and job management systems
• Reviewing weekly and monthly data to report on progress against forecast
• Resolving formal customer complaints regarding meter installations and identifying and trends
• Reviewing the Universal Metering Programme (UMP) after each phase is completed to determine any changes or improvements needed to improve the efficiency of future phases
• Managing the UMPs risk register including the identification, mitigation and escalation of risks

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will have project management experience including delivering programmes on time and within budget. Knowledge of customer related aspects of the water industry would be a bonus as would the proven ability to identify and promote ways of improving customer service delivery.

Working flexibly and coordinating across various teams with strong prioritisation skills and a self-motivated attitude will also be essential.
