We're looking for a Developer Services Compliance Manager to join our Wholesale team and play a key role in delivering an industry-leading customer experience for our Self Lay Providers (SLPs) and NAV customers. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role where you'll combine account management, compliance oversight, and project delivery to ensure excellence across our Developer Services function. You'll be instrumental in maintaining high-quality standards, driving efficiency, and supporting the continued evolution of our performance and service offerings.
What you'll be doing:
- Building strong, trusted relationships with SLPs and NAV customers, delivering a best-in-class customer experience
- Managing non-contestable mains connection projects from end to end
- Ensuring compliance with legislative, industry, and company standards across constructed and adopted assets
- Developing and managing asset adoption and bulk supply agreements using standard industry templates
- Acting as a key escalation point for customers and internal teams
- Designing and quoting non-contestable water connections
- Conducting internal and external audits to ensure adherence to construction specifications and policies
- Driving improvements and owning workstreams within the Developer Services performance plan
- Collaborating with industry groups and representing the business at external events
- Supporting continuous improvement by streamlining processes and meeting key SLAs.

- Experience in Developer Services, utilities, construction, or infrastructure environments
- Strong knowledge of compliance, contracts, and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrable experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage customer relationships and provide effective escalation handling
- Analytical skills with attention to detail, particularly in audits and data management
