Exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our team based in Bristol Water. You’ll be in the office three days a week and will join us on a salary of c£35,000 plus benefits. As our Graphic Designer, you’ll create impactful visuals across a wide range of formats and subjects — from engineering to education, from printed leaflets to social media campaigns. Working alongside our Content Marketing Manager and Lead Graphic Designer, you’ll help deliver high-quality, consistent design that reaches millions of customers across the South and South West. Your work won’t just look good — it’ll help people understand where their water comes from and why saving it matters.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and producing creative assets for campaigns and communications
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all visual outputs
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and content teams
  • Managing multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Supporting the development of engaging, informative content

What you’ll bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Graphic Design role
  • Strong design skills across digital and print formats
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear, engaging way
  • Confidence managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset

Key qualifications:

Essential:

  • Degree-level education (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity

Desirable:

  • Experience with video, audio, or animation content
