SES Sterling Ltd is an established and trusted name in cable management solutions. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our on-site team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input customer orders accurately into the system
- Prepare and issue customer quotations
- Provide proof of delivery (POD) documentation
- Liaise with a wide customer base regarding products and services
- Book in stock deliveries and manage inventory records
- Prepare export paperwork for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
Essential Requirements:
- AS400 system experience is a must
- Strong command of the English language for professional communication
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to assist with various administrative and team tasks
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in a sales office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
