SES Engineering Services are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Northwest team to support on technically complex Mechanical and Electrical projects across the Northwest region. What you'll be doing:
- Lead the mechanical services engineering elements of projects from pre-construction through to completion, including design management, procurement, technical reviews, and commissioning activities.
- Take ownership of the mechanical package delivery on site, ensuring works are completed safely, to the highest quality standards, on programme, and within budget.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise across all stages of project delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve engineering challenges and drive project success.
- Lead, mentor, and develop mechanical engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
- Ensure effective integration of mechanical services with the wider MEP and construction teams, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
