SES Engineering Services are looking for a Senior Information Coordinator to join our North West Region, supporting high-profile, technically complex projects across a range of sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in digital construction, information management and structured information delivery to play a key role in ensuring project teams have accurate, compliant and timely digital information at every stage of delivery. As Senior Information Coordinator, you will support project teams and Information Coordinators with the management and control of digital information, including drawings, models and documentation, using Common Data Environments and related digital platforms. You will help ensure project information is managed in line with internal requirements, BIM Execution Plans and relevant information management standards, including ISO 19650 where applicable. The role is also critical to supporting a consistent, scalable approach to structured information and data, including the Golden Thread of Information.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead information quality assurance activities, including information validation, receipt, classification, workflow, distribution and retrieval.
  • Administer, implement and supervise Common Data Environments across project stages, supporting users with training and troubleshooting where required.
  • Track information deliverables against the Master Information Delivery Plan and Task Information Delivery Plans, highlighting risks, gaps and areas of non-compliance.
  • Establish, monitor and improve information exchange processes, including file naming protocols and structured information requirements aligned to relevant standards such as ISO 19650.
  • Act as a key point of contact for CDE and information management support across project teams, consultants, clients, suppliers and supply chain partners.
  • Configure and maintain project status reports and dashboards using reportable data such as information compliance, RFIs, technical submissions and other project information metrics.
  • Ensure information coordination activities align with the BIM Execution Plan and associated project documentation.
  • Support collaboration across digital, site and project teams to improve consistency, accuracy and timely information delivery.
  • Supervise and support Information Coordinators where applicable.
