SES Engineering Services are looking for a Planning Administrator to join our team in Manchester, providing support within our planning team across technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

What you'll be doing:
- Maintain and administer planning documentation for live projects and tender submissions, ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the planning team with programme updates, progress tracking, and the preparation of planning reports and project schedules.
- Monitor document control processes, including the issuing, tracking, filing, and archiving of planning and project-related information.
- Collate and maintain project data to support performance reporting, project reviews, and regional business reporting requirements.
- Liaise with planners, project teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure the timely flow of information and successful delivery of project administration activities.
