SES Senior M&E Planner - Central

SES Engineering Services are looking for a Senior M&E Planner to join our Central Region focusing on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

About the Role

Our Senior Planners are a valuable part of our business, and their role will encompass ensuring adequacy of the planning and programming of projects.

Whilst providing functional leadership and following company procedures and project requirements to allow proper management and commercial protection to be achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the site team and main contractor to ensure the projects have fully integrated programmes sequenced in the correct manner to allow the successful completion of the project.
  • Thoroughly study specifications, drawings and relevant contract documents/ correspondence in conjunction with engineers and surveyors to ensure adequacy of the planning and programming of projects.
  • Carry out regular reporting on projects to allow the site team to understand the programme position in relation to progress.
  • Liaise with the project team to ensure progress reports, progress percentages and drop‑down programmes, are produced and issued in accordance with SES Best practice, company procedures and project requirements to allow proper management and commercial protection to be achieved.
