Do you have skills working as a Tissue Viability or Lymphoedema nurse? We are looking for a specialist practitioner to work with our small team of motivated, innovative clinicians. You will work within the Tissue Viability and/or Lymphoedema team to provide a high quality, patient focused service for patients presenting with Tissue Viability/leg ulceration or lymphoedema/chronic oedema/issues. This role will involve active participation in complex patient assessment and management out in the community and in clinics.

Qualifications And Training
- Essential criteria: Registered health care professional with degree, Current professional registration, Evidence of continuing professional development
- Desirable criteria: Accredited Tissue Viability course, Accredited course in leg ulcer management, Chronic oedema course
Experience
- Essential criteria: Recent and proven experience in tissue viability/lymphoedema care and management, including wound care, leg ulceration, chronic oedema, Experience of working in a community healthcare setting, Proven experience of nurse led clinics
- Desirable criteria: Experience of leadership in a lymphoedema/tissue viability setting
Skills
- Essential criteria: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to run and manage clinics, Current UK Full, clean driving licence with daily access to a vehicle for work purposes, Computer literate
- Desirable criteria: EMIS literate
