Community Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) Band 3

Competitive Salary: £29,651 - £31,312 (inclusive of HCAS). Compensation is contingent upon NHS experience and current banding/pay point. Applicants without the required qualifications will receive £29,179 during training which will then rise to £29,651

Location: Across the London Borough of Bromley Vacancies at each of our nursing bases at Bromley, Beckenham, Orpington & Biggin Hill

Flexible Working That Works for You

  • Full-time opportunities (37.5 hours per week)

Your first 8 weeks will be full-time for our comprehensive training programme

Working pattern: 7-day rota including weekends and bank holidays

  • Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care to patients in the community
  • Support individuals with chronic conditions, post-hospital recovery, and end-of-life care
  • Work autonomously with full support and supervision from qualified District Nurses
  • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in every interaction
