Our summer internship programme offers a four-week placement to gain workplace experience, help attendees explore career options, build professional relationships, and develop key employability skills. This is a social mobility programme, driven by a vision of a society in which everybody has an equal opportunity to realise their full career potential, regardless of social background. Placement details: Based at Think Park, Building Three, Mosley Road, Trafford Park, Manchester M17 1FQ. Commencing mid July 2026 for 4 weeks. Exact dates can be adjusted to suit the applicant. The remuneration will be in line with the National Living Wage and statutory holiday pay. The rate will be paid per hour.

What you’ll be doing: Much of this placement will be learning about the many different aspects of Building Services Engineering, along with our wider group business. You will be working with a number of different team members to gain a good overview of SES at Think Park. These teams cover the whole of the North West, so you will gain knowledge of the wider region. You will have the opportunity to spend time in our sites and offices with a variety of different people from around the business such as design, planning, commercial, human resources, operations, and digital.
