SES Engineering Services is looking for an Electrical Site Manager to join our Central region, focusing on high‑profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects based at our HMP Wayland site, near Thetford.

About The Role
Our Site Managers are a valuable part of our business. In this role you will support the Project Manager in developing the construction programme, short‑term look‑ahead planning reports, and equipment and materials schedules. You will also provide excellent customer satisfaction and successfully manage staff performance on the project.
Responsibilities
- Develop a daily key action plan that includes productivity and people management
- Attend or chair internal meetings with subcontractors on site progress
- Review design drawings for buildability and coordination, raising RFIs when appropriate
- Manage the flow of subcontractors’ design information as delegated by the Project Manager to suit the programme of works on site
- Assist the Project Manager and/or Technical Manager to produce and monitor the MIRS
