SES are currently looking for a Regional Technical Director to lead the technical and design aspects of our MEP projects across the Southern region.
About the Role
This role will drive consistency across all projects, leading an independent design and engineering team while collaborating with other technical leaders across regions. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality design information across multiple projects, ensuring the effective management of MEP design from preconstruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical aspects of projects, ensuring consistent delivery across the region.
- Collaborate with other regional technical leaders to ensure best practices and quality are maintained.
- Drive the delivery of design information and lead a high-performing design and engineering team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Champion design excellence, mitigating risk and creating value for both our customers and the business.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting proactive governance and performance across the technical team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of technical strategies.
- Manage resources effectively to meet project demands and optimize team performance.
