SES Engineering Services is seeking a Principal Technical Manager to join our Central team, focusing on high-profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

About the Role
Our Principal Technical Managers play a vital role, encompassing work-winning and project delivery, providing leadership, management, governance, and engineering excellence across large projects or a portfolio, both pre- and post-contract.
As a Principal Technical Manager, you will:
- Conduct design reviews for assigned projects via the SES Integrated Project Delivery model.
- Perform tender reviews for the regional business.
- Develop design and technical strategies for tenders and projects.
- Manage the regional MEP consultant supply chain, including engagement and KPIs.
- Oversee consultant appointments for regional projects.
- Maintain technical accountability for mechanical engineering services on projects.
- Assess, coach, and develop Preconstruction Leaders, Design Project Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers.
