The Role

As an IT Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role across multiple projects and programmes—bridging business needs and technology solutions. From early problem definition through to implementation and testing, you'll ensure that solutions are robust, governed, and truly meet business needs. This is more than a traditional BA role—you'll also take ownership of testing strategy and delivery, ensuring quality outcomes across the full change lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the identification of business challenges and opportunities
  • Map and analyse As-Is and To-Be processes
  • Define clear requirements and maintain traceability
  • Own test strategies and act as Test Manager
  • Coordinate internal teams and suppliers
  • Support deployment and business readiness
