Role Summary
The HR Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries across the UK business, providing operational HR support to managers and employees.
The role is responsible for coordinating key people processes, maintaining HR data and records, supporting absence management, payroll administration and recruitment activities, while ensuring a positive employee experience.
The role holder will be expected to manage routine employee relations and HR matters in the first instance, escalating complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases to the Global Head of People.

- Employee Relations & HR Support
- Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries from employees and managers.
- Provide first-line support on employee relations matters including absence, performance, conduct, and workplace concerns.
- Gather information, prepare documentation, and coordinate meetings relating to employee relations cases.
- Escalate complex, high-risk, or sensitive employee relations matters to the Global Head of People.
- Support managers in the consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Develop knowledge and experience across a broad range of HR activities with increasing responsibility over time.
- Payroll Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison with the outsourced payroll provider.
- Ensure all payroll-related employee changes, absence data, and variable payments are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
- Review payroll reports and resolve routine payroll queries.
- Work closely with Finance and the payroll provider to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, documentation, and ways of working.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements.
- Maintain HR templates, procedures, and guidance documents to ensure consistency and efficiency.
