The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s market presence. The role will focus on identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and delivering effective business development strategies to support organisational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitors.
- Own and manage their business development pipeline, progressing leads and opportunities through CRM in line with agreed KPI targets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and support market expansion.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across new and existing markets.
- Understand client needs and prepare tailored proposals and presentations aligned to customer objectives.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the Global Aviation team to ensure alignment of strategy and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build networks and identify new opportunities.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth.
Qualifications / Skills
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and/or growing existing accounts.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to represent the Service Line professionally.
- Confident in organising and leading client meetings, with a strong presence when presenting.
- Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to global locations as required.
- Self-starter with a proactive, results driven mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
