Based within commuting distance to our Essex office, this role offers a site-based working model. As part of a team dedicated to safeguarding and rejuvenating the natural world, you’ll play a vital role in delivering cutting-edge solutions for a range of exciting projects.

What You\’ll Do:
- Get hands-on with habitat creation and management — from planning to execution, you’ll be actively involved in making nature thrive again.
- Prioritize safety by adhering to all health and safety policies and ensuring compliance on every site.
- Collaborate with a passionate team, attending site briefings, toolbox talks, and ensuring every task aligns with approved methods.
- Share your expertise with the team and contribute to continuous learning and development.
Required:
- Relevant Health & Safety qualifications. (CSCS)
- A full driving license (including towing experience if required).
- An interest in ecology and the natural environment.
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays for specific projects.
