As we expand, we are looking for a New Business Development Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for managing B2B sales in the cybersecurity space, targeting key decision-makers such as CISOs, IT Directors, and Security Managers. You will identify leads, build strong client relationships, and close deals to support business growth. This position offers a flexible working arrangement, primarily remote with occasional client visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the cybersecurity sector.
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships.
- Present and promote ServQual’s Cybersecurity solutions to key decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to enhance their security posture.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging cyber threats, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, earning competitive commissions and bonuses.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or technology services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach to sales.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions and industry challenges is a plus.
Valid UK driving license (preferred for client visits but not essential).
