Join a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service help make fire and water damage “Like it never even happened.” We’re seeking a dependable Restoration Technician to support restoration projects through demolition, cleanup, equipment setup, and consistent, high-quality fieldwork.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform production processes, demolition, and other labor-intensive tasks
- Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, equipment, and jobsite appearance
- Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Follow all safety and risk-management guidelines
Communication & Job Execution
- Communicate with supervisors and teammates to maintain efficient workflow
- Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Experience & Skill Set
- Effective oral communication and basic math/computer skills
- Experience in cleaning or restoration preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including tight spaces and physically demanding tasks
Education & Credentials
- High school diploma or GED required
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $15.00/hour, based on experience
